February: Yoga

January’s monthly devotional to meditate five times a week was a remarkable experience. So much so that I made time for meditation every day. I look forward to reflecting on the process and writing about the daily lessons. Today, however, we welcome February and a new #monthlydevotional, yoga. This month I’ll be working on bringing more awareness to the mind, body, spirit connection. Before our conference presentation this morning, I opened the balcony doors in the hotel room and had a silent sunrise practice as the waves of the Atlantic crashed against the shore. Not a bad way to start February. Not bad at all.
